(To avoid any delays in your enrollment, be sure to select "Fenton Horizon Academy" as your school when prompted)
*Your child will NOT be dropped from his/her current school/district by completing an enrollment packet.
Enrollment Portal Information (All Students)
During the online enrollment process you will be asked to submit electronic copies of the following:
2 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY (such as driver’s license, utility bill, property tax bill, voter registration, rent receipt or rental agreement)
STUDENT’S PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS
PARENTS LICENSE OR PICTURE ID
COPY OF STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
CURRENT IEP/504 (IF STUDENT WAS RECEIVING SPECIAL SERVICES)

If your student qualifies for special education services, please schedule an intake appointment by calling the Special Services Office at (810) 591-8302. This must take place before contacting the Counseling Department at the building level to set up a scheduled appointment.
Please note that all district offices will be closed on Fridays during the summer months.
